How do I use the SmileTime Premium Whitening Toothpaste?
1. Apply a pea size amount of the SmileTime PAP Whitening Toothpaste on to your toothbrush before bedtime.
2. Brush for two minutes ensuring to brush your teeth and gums thoroughly to remove debris.
3. Rinse with warm water and repeat daily.
